As a professional and proactive Coordinator, you will be responsible for the provision of administrative support and personal assistance to the General Manager of Construction and broader Construction Management team

**How you will contribute to the team**
- Provide administrative support to the GM Construction and Construction Management teams, including diary management where required.
- Coordinate monthly and fortnightly management meetings, producing accurate and detailed minutes and track meeting actions to ensure completion.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiencies
- Coordinate meetings, events and hospitality arrangements on behalf of General Manager including strategy planning, presentations, functions and field staff gatherings
- Produce correspondence, templates, reports, statistical information, presentations and other documents in a timely and accurate manner as required by management

- Update procedures, toolbox notes, emergency contact lists and other documentation where required, ensuring templates are in line with ATCO branding requirements.

**What you will bring**
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Communications or related discipline.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build effective working relationships
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with the proven ability to produce business correspondence tailored to a range of audiences
- Proven organisational and time management skills with the ability to effectively work under pressure, manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency with the full MS Office suite, in particular Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Experience in SAP desirable.
