Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Coordinating and managing construction schedules, including liaising with suppliers and the sales team.
  2. Reviewing and analyzing variances in construction schedules, as well as processing invoices and reconciling scheduled/estimated margins.
  3. Liaising with estimators to update and maintain variations.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience estimating in the construction market.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to read and interpret construction plans, contract documents, and pre-start minutes.
  • Familiarity with estimation programs such as Databuild and Click Homes (training can be provided).
  • Excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to multi-task and work effectively in a team environment.
