National Sales Manager (Port Moresby - Papua New Guinea Based) Pacific Industries Ltd- (The Licensed PepsiCo Bottler in PNG)Pacific Industries Ltd (PIL) is a reputable food and beverage manufacturer and distributor of leading international brands in Papua New Guinea.
Established in 1936, PIL is one of the largest privately owned fast-moving consumable goods (FMCG) company in the country.
We offer an extensive range of products including carbonated beverages, bottled water, juices, ice cream, cordial, milk powder, snacks, and spreads.
PIL is the licensed and exclusive bottler for all PepsiCo products in Papua New Guinea and also serves as the distributor for Vita Juice, Vita Water, and Bega spreads.
Our products are distributed nationwide through our 11 branches located throughout Papua New Guinea.
PIL operates two manufacturing facilities: The original factory in Rabaul and a new best in class Krones facility situated in the nation\'s capital, Port Moresby.
We are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service toourcustomers.POSITION OBJECTIVEThis is a highly dynamic role that demands strong problem-solving skills and people management capabilities, particularly within the FMCG market.
The primary objective is to manage business sales performance against budget outcomes by leveraging key sales relationships and coordinating with internal sales heads across all 11 branches.
A significant focus will also be on leading, inspiring, developing, and managing sales teams to pursue best practices, achieve targets, and deliver on key performance indicators.This senior role is both customer and people-centric, requiring a dynamic leader who thrives on building strong relationships, mentoring talent, and driving performance.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy, achieving ambitious targets, and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
