Our Communities business is currently seeking a Property Marketing Manager to join the Qld Marketing team on a full-time permanent basis based in Brisbane. This role is responsible for driving the development and delivery of the strategic marketing plan for projects within our Qld Communities portfolio.

You will be responsible for supervising Property Marketing Executives to ensure implementation of marketing initiatives and to contribute to the achievement of business objectives.

Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager for Qld you will contribute to the broader national marketing strategy. Partnering with regional business stakeholders and your Qld marketing team you will collaborate and deliver across multiple channels to drive sales and a best-in-class customer experience.

Ideally, you will bring relevant tertiary qualifications supported by 7 years' experience in a similar role within the residential communities property industry. Experience launching new projects to market will be highly regarded. As you will be required to work in a highly collaborative way across a broad cross section of the organisation, your well-developed stakeholder management skills will be paramount, as will your ability to think strategically, leverage your knowledge of digital channels and take ownership for business outcomes and opportunities.
