You will be joining the Productivity & Efficiency pod within the AUNZ Sales Operations & Planning team. This team plays a core role in driving business growth by identifying and executing process improvements and optimisation initiatives through data-driven analytics. This highly organized and efficient professional must be flexible and be able to wear multiple hats while working closely with our cross functional teams whilst prioritizing the needs of the AUNZ business. In this role, you will focus on solving problems at scale through optimal business processes and system optimization projects.

Your Role
The Sales Operation analyst reports to the Sales Operations lead.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily internal CRM operations and data hygiene management
- Review, perform and optimise daily internal CRM system approvals
- Monitor sales-related metrics and provide the sales analysis report by providing insight and offering analytic advice and analysis to guide the business.
- Participate in UATs and arrange for relevant stakeholder participation; work closely with product and sales to ensure that new features meet all business needs
- Analyze data on feature adoption rate and efficiency impact
- Partner with sales enablement teams on new feature launches so that they can update documentation and train sales teams
- Partner closely with sales and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for CRM optimization
- Clearly communicate business needs and priorities to the product team
- Work with sales enablement teams and product marketing managers to analyze system-related tickets to provide recommendations for continuous improvement and drive system optimizations
- Respond to sales support tickets related to navigating a complex CRM

**Qualifications**:

- BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration or Analytics degree
- 4-6 years of experience in a fast-paced technology company with knowledge of the digital advertising landscape and/or KPIs for mobile ads is preferred
- Advanced Excel and analytical experience
- Has technical proficiency in these systems is preferred - SalesForce, Insightly, Tableau, and other MS Office Suite program
- Ability to multitask and switch focus quickly
- Is a self-starter and has the ability to work independently
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to write about complex topics clearly and concisely
