We are looking for a hands-on Senior Sales Operations Analyst to support our sales organization to accelerate business growth. By joining this team you will have the opportunity to solve complex business problems, influence leadership as a trusted advisor, and have a global impact

**About the role**:

- As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will partner with sales leaders, sales team and cross-functional stakeholders to support the execution of Goals, Priorities, & Metrics; tracking & reporting, fostering collaboration and driving interlock.
- The Analyst will also drive business requirements, operational improvements, and enhancements to the CRM system and sales platforms and tools.
- The Analyst should have a growth mindset and strong communications skills to be able to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and be able to drive business decisions.

**About you**:

- 3-5 years of experience in Sales operations, Business operations, Finance, management consulting, or Data Analytics role
- Your background includes 3+ years of positioning solutions across all levels of decision makers
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience working on Microsoft Power Platform - PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI; Tableau or any other Visualization tools
- You have experience working on Microsoft SharePoint, working on Business process improvement initiatives is a plus
- You have the ability to communicate and present effectively to Senior Executives and cross-functional stakeholders
- The ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate with peers and other teams
- You effectively solve complex problems with simple scalable solutions:

- Your influencing skills are very effective at both the executive and individual contributor level
- You work very well in a faster-pace and high-growth environment
