**HR Advisor**
We love partnering with clients who create a culture that is positive, values driven and inclusive.
This leading professional services company is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their National People & Culture team.
This is a **6 month fixed term contract** role and has the option of **either full time or part time** hours.
You will be based in the Perth and therefore comfortable working in a stand alone capacity whilst still being fully supported and guided by your colleagues and manager over east.
**What you will be doing;**
- HR advice and support on all employee related matters, issues, policy guidance and interpretation
- Recruitment support, not end to end but mainly attending interviews and onboarding
- Workforce planning, performance management, leave cover, return to work, exit interviews
- Employment contracts and all related employee documentation
- Working on key people projects as required
- Health and wellbeing activities and initiatives
- Managing the internal admin support team
**A little about you;**
- Qualifications in Human Resources Management, or similar, or studying towards
- 5 years' HR generalist experience
- High level of attention to detail
- Capable of working autonomously as well as within a large team
- Exceptional customer service experience
- A growth mindset with a passion for Human Resources
As a valued member of the team, you will collaborate with all levels of seniority across your given portfolio where you will develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
It is a varied role requiring a go-getter attitude and a professional confidence that allows you to build rapport quickly.
