An opportunity exists for Workforce Officers to manage day to day employment enquires providing the highest levels of customer service delivery. You will also provide operational support to the Workforce Advisory team including case management support, analytics and reporting. This role requires you to work with limited supervision in a specialist team and requires you to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide a high level of customer service, timely and accurate operational human resource advice in relation to employment queries in accordance with the HR industrial framework.
- Undertake research and analysis within the HR industrial framework to develop advice and recommendations relating to operational employment matters.
- Prepare correspondence on a range of employment matters for internal and external stakeholders.
- Escalate complex matters to the Manager or Principal Advisor Workforce where appropriate.
