The role
This role will lead a team of software licence management specialists within eHealth Queensland. Digital Service Management is accountable for leading the life cycle management of enterprise digital health services including, contemporary design and support models, digital resilience and continuity, strategic software and asset management services and operational assurances for the portfolio of services provided to eHealth's customers.

The role will lead the eHealth Queensland Software Licence Management Governance Team and progress the implementation and continuous improvement of Queensland Health's Software Licence Management Capability Uplift Program. Playing a key role in managing Queensland Health's software licence compliance risk, the Software Licence Governance Manager collaborates with Software Licence Accountable Officers, Software Licence Managers and Service Owners through a centre-led service model.

**To be successful in the role, you will have**:

- Extensive knowledge of software licence compliance management and demonstrated ability to provide organisational leadership and high level specialist advice to promote the development of software licence management practice in a large organisation. (SFIA Skill: TECH level 6; ASMG 5)
- Demonstrated high level research, analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify issues and risks across the business and work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop solutions. (SFIA Skill: SLMO level 6)
- Proven ability to lead and manage the creation and review of software licence management strategies and plans that improve software licence management practice and mitigate compliance risks (SFIA Skill: ITSP level 6)
- Demonstrated analytical and interpersonal skills commensurate with managing a complex and fast evolving service delivery organisation, including the ability to communicate with clarity and influence across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders (SFIA Skill: CNSL level 5)
- Demonstrated ability to ensure the achievement of successful and effective team outcomes through leading and mentoring a team of software licence management specialists. (SFIA Skill: PEMT 5)
