The Role:

We seek a driven individual to take on a key position in our HR team, focused on administrative tasks and recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed briefs for vacant roles to inform advertising and recruitment approaches.
  • Identify and assess talent to ensure alignment with our values and culture.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to provide coaching, support, and capability building in recruitment.
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager to design and implement training programs across the organization.
  • Manage the induction process to ensure seamless integration of new team members.
  • Offer guidance on HR-related queries and develop skills to handle complex situations effectively.

Requirements:

  • A proactive approach to achieving goals.
  • A tertiary qualification (Diploma or above) in Human Resources and a strong aspiration to build a career in Recruitment/HR.
  • Experience in retail or administration will be considered advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with key stakeholders.
  • Confidence to coach, advise, and support leaders in developing their recruitment capabilities.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions for hard-to-recruit-for positions.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
