
Customer Service Executive

Our client is a leading provider within the pooled equipment and logistics sector, supporting businesses across Australia with innovative asset management solutions.
They are seeking a motivated Customer Support Executive to join their team, combining customer engagement with analytical problem-solving.
This is a customer-facing role where you will support businesses in managing their equipment accounts, reconciling pallet usage, and providing training to improve accuracy and efficiency.
With a balance of time on the road and office-based work, this role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to build long-term customer relationships.
About the Role Manage and develop a portfolio of customers, building strong relationships.
Support customers with equipment reconciliation and recovery of lost pallets.
Deliver training, providing guidance on correct use.
Analyse data, complete stocktake reconciliation reports, and identify variances.
Provide insight and recommendations to customers to improve pallet management.
Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and complaints.
Maintain accurate customer information across internal systems.
Conduct periodic account reviews in conjunction with the Sales Team.
Balance time between customer visits (3–4 days on the road) and office-based admin/analysis.
About You: Experience in pallet control, warehousing, or logistics (highly desirable).
Strong customer service and account management background.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills (Excel proficiency essential).
Confident communicator, able to sit with warehouse managers, business owners, and stakeholders.
Able to present technical information in a simple, user-friendly way.
Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to work independently.
Comfortable with travel around metro Melbourne (industrial hubs).
