HR & Payroll Manager - 3 Month Interim

About Our Client
We're supporting a property development company with an in-house construction arm to appoint an interim
HR & Payroll Manager
based in Macquarie Park.
This is a critical role following a recent departure and offers the opportunity to partner closely with the board and senior leadership team during a period of transition.
Job Description
Interim assignment for 3 months, with immediate start preferred
Split: ~70% HR and ~30% payroll
Oversee HR operations including WHS, return to work, onboarding, inductions and policy development
Manage award interpretation and ER matters for employees
Authorise timesheets and input hours into the HRIS (ELMO) while finance processes payroll
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR & Payroll Manager should have:
Previous experience in payroll processing and HR functions within Australia.
A strong understanding of Australian workplace laws and award agreements.
Proficiency in payroll and HR software systems.
Experience working as HR Business Partner level minimum 2 years
What's on Offer
Competitive hourly rate ranging from AUD 60 to AUD 70.
