We are looking for an Event Supervisor to join our team.
Reporting in to the Venue Manager, this person will be responsible for the smooth operation of events.Planning and co-ordination of events (end to end)To ensure your success in this role you will have:A minimum 1 years' experience in an events supervisory rolePrevious experience in running weddings and Corporate ConferencesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to manage and handle high end clienteleThe ability to manage, train and lead a teamExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenGreat on the spot problem solving skillsBe able to work unsupervisedPassion for providing exceptional customer service and building relationshipsMotivation and innovation with the ability to lead by exampleRequirementsNSW RSAValid visa of at least 6 monthsWhat We Offer YouGreat work environmentGreat work life balanceGreat staff discounts on food and beverage across the entire TWG group;Ongoing training and genuine opportunities to further your career – ever expanding group (Australia wide)Competitive renumeration;Who are we?
