**About the Role**:
As an Event Supervisor with Maison Hospitality, you will:

- Lead and oversee teams of waiters, bartenders, and other staff at luxury venues and private homes across Sydney.
- Ensure smooth operations at private parties, canapé events, birthdays, and corporate functions by managing all aspects of the event.
- Provide guidance and support to staff, ensuring exceptional service and hospitality for all guests.
- Coordinate event setup and pack down, ensuring that every detail is handled efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with clients and staff to ensure all event needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Maintain a high standard of service, from overseeing food and beverage service to managing event timelines and logistics.

- Proven experience in managing events and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 45 per week
