The Role

  • We are excited to announce an opening to be a part of a growing team atTaronga Zoo. We are looking for an Event Supervisor to join our team. Reporting in to the Venue Manager, this person will be responsible for the smooth operation of events.
  • Planning and co-ordination of events (end to end)

To ensure your success in this role you will have:

  • A minimum 1 years' experience in an events supervisory role
  • Previous experience in running weddings and Corporate Conferences
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage and handle high end clientele
  • The ability to manage, train and lead a team
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Great on the spot problem solving skills
  • Be able to work unsupervised
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service and building relationships
  • Motivation and innovation with the ability to lead by example

Requirements

  • NSW RSA
  • Valid visa of at least 6 months
