As the Lead Educator
You will:
Hold a minimum of a Diploma in Children's Services.
A minimum of 1 year sector experience.
Have a current blue card, first aid certificate and recent CPR certificate.
Be passionate and dedicated with a strong knowledge surrounding play-based education.
Have a desire to continuously improve your practices and knowledge through professional development.
A strong knowledge of documentation, program and planning, the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
A strong commitment to working as part of an engaged and professional team culture.
The ability to engage, interact and communicate with children and families.
To be motivated to learn and improve both your own and others practices.
A desire to be the best you can.
