We have a need for a self-driven, autonomous operator, to be part of our Fulfilment team at our Macquarie Park office for a period of 9 months, to deliver high quality work, demonstrating efficient warehouse & supply chain practices. In this role you will be required to coordinate the transportation for the transit of CAPEX orders from manufacturer to customer. This includes working with key partners in the International & Domestic freight and equipment servicing.

- Possess a strong knowledge and understanding of supply chain principles.
- Have strong attention to detail, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Are a good communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Have resilience, self-motivation, and a flexible can-do attitude.

**You'll be responsible for**:

- Coordination with OEM on material availability
- Coordination of freight quotes prior to approval
- Communication of availability and ETA
- Coordination of unpack and safety checks
- Coordination of delivery to customer

**And to be successful we think you'll need**:

- Experience in supply chain in the medical or pharmaceutical industry desirable
- Qualifications in distribution or logistics is highly regarded
- Experience using ERP software
- Experience working in a deadline driven environment
