Our core values are built around providing the best possible experiences for our children, which lead to discovery and learning in the Out of School Hours Care setting.

**We have 2 Services -**

**Brisbane Adventist College **in **Mansfield**

**and**

**Brisbane Boys College** **in** **Toowong**

**Vacation work **Mon to Fri** - **7:00am** to **12:00pm** or **1:00pm** to **6:00pm**

**Days required per week -** **we are looking for someone who can work** 5 **days per week during School Vacation period.

**Overview**

As Coordinator, your main role is to create a safe, caring environment where children want to come to play, learn and discover Leading your team you will plan programs, taking into consideration individual learning and development by managing observations and reflections. Strong communication and the ability to adapt in the day-to-day environment is very important. Developing ongoing relationships with the children, their parents and the school is the key to success and growth. Depending upon the service, you may lead a team or work autonomously.

**What you need in Queensland to do this role (is one of the following)**
- ** An Associate Diploma in one of the following fields**

Arts-Fitness / Recreation / or Leadership **OR**
- ** A Diploma in the following field**

Children services / School Age Education / Early Childhood Education / or similar **OR**
- ** A Bachelor of Arts in one of the following fields**

Recreation / Social Science / Sports Science / Youth Studies / or similar
- ** Overseas Qualifications**

**Certificates required (please note some courses / certificates below require payment)**
- HLTAID012 (First Aid CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis)
- WWCC - Working with Children Card
- Child Protection (we can provide link)
