Description
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Oversee reconciliations, including bank accounts and general ledger balances.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Support the preparation of statutory accounts and audit requirements.
Provide financial advice and insights to stakeholders as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting practices relevant to the not-for-profit industry.
Profile
A successful Financial Accountant should have:
Professional qualifications such as CA or CPA
3 years minimum post qualification experience.
Experience with financial reporting and compliance.
Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
An understanding of financial operations in the not-for-profit industry.
Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
Job Offer
