We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our client's finance team on a permanent basis.

This is a newly created role offering a flexible hybrid model, excellent autonomy, and a real opportunity to add value. It would suit someone already operating at Finance Manager level, or an experienced Assistant FM / Management Accountant level looking for the next step.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing multiple quarterly management accounts
  • Supporting reporting with financial inputs and narrative

  • Managing relevant payments and drawdowns in line with legal agreements
  • Supporting planning, analysis, and performance reporting projects
Requirements:
  • Experience preparing management accounts and financial reporting
  • Strong working knowledge of UK accounting standards (qualified or QBE)
  • Strong Excel skills and (ideally) good Xero knowledge
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset - you'll enjoy solving problems and supporting colleagues
  • Ability to communicate financial information clearly with non-finance teams
  • Excellent attention to detail and a genuine team player
