**Service Manager**

We are currently looking for a Service Manager to join our** Littlehampton** Pharmacy team.

**As a Service Manager you will be critical to enabling us to fulfil our purpose by**:

- Providing extraordinary customer service and consulting with our customers, to ensure they get the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
- Overseeing the successful daily operations of the OTC area of the pharmacy
- Ensuring our stores are beautifully presented and well-stocked so our customers feel welcome and enjoy their experience in our stores
- Inspiring and leading the OTC team to deliver outstanding and professional customer service for every member and customer, every time

**People who excel as National Pharmacies Service Managers consistently demonstrate**:

- Relevant retail and people management experience in Pharmacy
- Motivation of self and ability to guide and lead others
- A positive attitude and the ability to manage and multi-task in this busy role
- Ability to work flexible hours
