**Accounts Receivable/Payable Officer**

**Your tasks**

Accounts Receivable
- Ensure customer master data are updated within 5 working days after Sales Team requested.
- Ensure customer collections are updated within three working days into JDE.
- Prepare bank reconciliation every month to ensure bank balance and JDE balance matches.
- Issue Credit notes for RMA, COOP, Off Invoice Discounts.
- Provide GST on sales to accounting firm for VAT return quarterly.
- Handle all special billing situations.
- Maintain an accurate aging report.
- Send statement to outstanding customers.
- Interact with sales team to resolve outstanding issues.
- Conduct account research and analysis.
- Prepare and maintain various reports.
- Provide AR supporting documents during the year end audit.

Accounts Payable
- Ensure Supplier master data are updated when the company purchase from a new supplier.
- Enter data from PO and Non-PO supplier invoices within 3 working days.
- Enter Intercompany invoices and reconcile intercompany balances.
- Provide GST on purchase data to accounting firm for GST return quarterly.
- Follows proper protocol to report suspected evidence of fraud.
- Assists with month end close.
- Enter employees' claim monthly and reconcile with credit card statements.
- Provide AP supporting documents during the year end audit.
- Prepare payments in bank systems for approval in timely manner
- Prepare monthy Cash Flow analysis and payment transfer of operational funds between company bank accounts

**Your profile**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience 1-3 year
- Certificate in related field
- Fluent in English including reading & writing
- High degree of accuracy
- Great attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- Good customer service skills
- Great time management skills
- Intermediate level user - MS Excel and Office
