Financial Operations

The Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable role is pivotal in the end-to-end administration of accounts payable, client billings, and accounts receivable functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Timely and accurate processing of accounts payable (AP) deliverables and managing aged AP/creditors.
  • Validate invoices against purchase orders for business approval.
  • Assist with purchase order and invoice queries.
  • Issue tax invoices to clients as per business requests.
  • Support month-end and bank reconciliation queries from finance teams.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate processes where possible.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable function.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to use multiple systems and understand complex information.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
