Due to growth, they are looking for experienced Home Lending Specialists to join their team.

About The Role

This Home Lending Specialist role is a high volume, fast-paced role where you'll be driving growth.

Your Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the full end-to-end home lending process for clients
  • Drive sales and convert leads coming from the bank's call center, digital marketing and internal referrals
  • Build strong referral partnerships with internal stakeholders across the Wealth, Business, and Private Bank divisions
  • Work closely with the in-house credit and settlement teams to ensure quick loan approval and seamless client experience.
Required Skills / Qualifications
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the home lending process
  • Experience working in the home lending industry
  • Extensive sales experience, whether it's in home lending or another field
  • A "hungry for success" attitude and desire to outperform
  • Ability to work in a high-pace environment and deal with volume
