**The Role**

Air France-KLM has the most extensive route network between Europe and the rest of the world. Air France-KLM operates up to 2,300 daily flights and its Flying Blue frequent flyer programme is one of the leaders in Europe with over 15 million active members.

**Who are we looking for?**
- You are passionate helping and delighting your customers
- You are fluent in one of the languages of **French**, **Korean **or **Japanese** (both written and spoken)
- PC literate, Office 365, (Salesforce CRM experience is a plus)
- Flexibility on roster work including weekends (Monday to Friday between 8am-9pm, weekend between 10am-7:30pm)
- Organised, flexible, collaborative, adaptable to change, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced and diverse environment
- MUST have unrestricted working rights,
- Working Holiday Visas are accepted.
