**You'll be responsible for**
- Support the Senior Manager in the development and execution of strategies and reporting which deliver sustainable customer - centric outcomes.
- Support the development of segment - targeted customer value propositions, ensuring adherence to product and pricing governance frameworks.
- Monitor portfolio performance across agreed quantitative and qualitative metrics and communicate actionable insights and trends.
- Support proposition innovation as well as regular market analysis.
- Conduct regular analysis of the designated portfolio, including the identification of results drivers, variation from target and the preparation of communications to convey findings.
- Support adherence to product and pricing governance frameworks.

**About you**
- Experience in a product or portfolio analytics role acquired in a complex matrixed general insurance organisation.
- Demonstrates commercial acumen by using insights related to the market, opportunities, risks and competitors within the insurance industry as well as the dynamic levers that influence these factors.
- Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends and links that inform judgements and solutions.
- Ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluate options for decision making.
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact and influence.
