With more than 70,000+ pieces of equipment, our strategically placed national branch network ensures we can fulfill our customers' rental plant and machinery requirements wherever their next project is located, whilst remaining nimble enough to support local projects.

**Description**:
In this role you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, writing and the submission of all tender prequalification's and proposals nationally.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Ability to plan and deliver BAU work unsupervised and work collaboratively with all the regions
- Maintaining tender files in a structured format
- Become customer face/focal point as required for major tenders and portal prequalification's and submissions
- Lead the planning, writing, review and submission of responses to bids, tenders and other proposals
- Development of value proposition/strategy for each tender/submission and ensuring these are effectively and consistently included
- Coordinating with Pricing team and commercial team for requirements in a timely manner to meet the deadlines
- Development and growth of a submission content library FAQ file including proposal and presentation templates, question responses, graphics, testimonials, case studies and other relevant collateral while working with others/Marketing manager
- Develop and manage system for contract and customer compliance and reporting when the tender is active, this might need a close collaboration with others and BDMs in different regional areas
- Assisting the sales team during the various delivery stages of the individual tender projects and identifying the requirements to meet business offering
- Additional appropriate support to rest of project team and broader organisation

Desired Skills and Experience
- Tender preparation for either major projects or ongoing preferred supply agreements within the construction / mining industry, Government, Heavy Industry, Gas, Industrial, Energy, Major Construction.
- Familiarity with HSEQ (SHEQ) basics and compliance requirements for tender prequalification's and to be able to coordinate with relevant regional SHEQ advisers
- Proven skills in producing and editing compelling proposal content within a complex business environment
- A high attention to detail with an excellent editing and proofing ability
- Qualifications in professional writing, media/communications or business development highly regarded
- Well organised and ability to multi task
