Our corporate office is located in the heart of the CBD and this is a new opportunity that will support the day to day office administration, working closely with our Executive Assistants, as well as supporting the senior HR Leadership team with administration and coordination activities. You will be working alongside a truly cohesive and collaborative group of colleagues.
What is unique about this role?
This role will see you join a fast paced, highly successful environment where you will be exposed to all aspects of administration and office support, interacting daily with our global leaders.
You will become a trusted advisor to both the wider corporate team and the HR team providing the highest levels of support. You will get in-depth exposure to human resources, communication and marketing and general business operations.

**Key Accountabilities include**:

- HR Leadership administration support
- Internal communications administration support
- General Administration and Office Management Support
- Travel
- Coordination of Functions, Meetings & Events

About you
You will bring a customer service approach, strong attention to detail and be highly computer literate with business systems such as Microsoft 365. This is a varied role and will see you needing to juggle priorities, be action orientated and an excellent communicator and be comfortable working alongside senior people.
This is a role that will use your problem-solving skills, appreciate your ability to think ahead and will give you access to wonderful learning opportunities, that will suit your inquisitive mind.
