**The role**

Our Performance & Intervention team within OLG, is currently seeking to appoint an **Assistant Project Officer** in a full-time capacity for a 1-year period. In this role you will provide support to the Pet Registry upgrade project management team.

The NSW Pet Registry has a focus on activities associated with responsible ownership. NSW pet owners must register their pets with the NSW Pet Registry. The project is an upgrade of the existing pet registry to provide a vastly improved user experience through delivering a modern, intuitive, digital design. In the role you will interact with internal teams as well as key external groups that include animal welfare & rehoming organisations, council officers & rangers, and vets.

This is a great opportunity to be part of a highly regarded team, delivering support on the Pet Registry upgrade.

**What you will bring to the role**
- Sound organisation skills with an ability to prioritise key tasks with project team
- Confident in preparing presentations and reports for project meetings
- Prior experience assisting in the delivery of modern digital solutions will be highly regarded as would be experience assisting in coordinating the preparation of communications assets
