**Description**:
**What's involved**: This fixed-term, part-time role involves providing financial, administrative and clerical support for the Financial Accountant and Team as part of the day to day running of the Brown Family Wine Group Finance Department as well as developing and implementing process improvements.

**Some of your responsibilities will include**:

- Accounts Receivable processing
- Accounts Payable processing
- Processing customer remittances
- Reconciling accounts
- Investigating and resolving customer claims (quality and pricing claims)
- Management and reconciliation of payment platforms
- Development and implementation improvement initiatives across various processes
- Invoice collation, processing and issue resolution
- Assist with data collection and balancing of claims
- Assistance in cashflow management and reporting
- Additional contributions to the Finance Team as required

**Skills and Experiences**:
**About you**: We're looking for the following skills and experience:

- Excellent organisational & communication skills.
- Experience with JD Edwards software.
- Strong background in a number of Point-of-Sale programs.
- Proven ability to develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Eye for detail and the ability to think through issues.
- Ability to work as part of a customer focused team.
- Highly computer literate, with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Current Drivers' License.
