Responsible Gambling Officer

**What you'll do**
- Compiling source-of-funds checks through liaising with internal stakeholders such as our ACM and BDM teams.
- Undertake ongoing customer due diligence checks and transaction monitoring.
- Providing support for responsible gambling-related queries.
- Interacting with customers displaying signs of problem gambling.
- Assessment of customer accounts and self-exclusions.
- Point of contact for distressed customers and or family and offer support.
- Work closely with the Risk, Trading, and Client services teams.

**Who we are looking for**
- Ability to manage and deal with sensitive information in a highly confidential manner.
- Ability to be empathetic and understanding of various clients' personal situations.
- Capacity to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
- the ability and passion to be empathetic to clients
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to be analytical.
- Motivated, innovative, and have a good work ethic.
- Tech-savvy with an understanding of basic IT concepts.

**Bonus Points**:

- Knowledge of the wagering industry and/or Entain's systems and processes would be advantageous.
- Preferred understanding or prior experience with Responsible Gambling and/or working with persons affected by addiction.
