Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing empathetic support to guests experiencing challenges related to gambling
  • Promoting safer gambling practices through proactive communication
  • Collaborating with internal teams to enhance safety measures and awareness

We are looking for candidates with experience in guest relations, Responsible Gambling programmes, Hospitality, support services, social work, security, education. You should have demonstrated ability in developing productive relationships and understanding applicable laws, regulations, policy, relevant codes, safer gambling strategy, and supporting information.

Your role will require problem-solving skills, innovative thinking, and the ability to empathise with others. You will be pivotal in shaping the success of Safer Gambling practices at our organization.
