About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to take on a critical position in our organisation.

This key role involves analysing customer transactions and account activity to identify potential signs of harmful gambling practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Compiling source-of-funds checks through collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Conducting ongoing customer due diligence checks and transaction monitoring.
  • Providing support for queries related to responsible gambling.
  • Engaging with customers displaying signs of problem gambling.
  • Evaluating customer accounts and self-exclusions.
  • Serving as a point of contact for distressed customers and offering assistance.
  • Collaborating with Risk, Trading, and Client services teams.

Key Requirements:

  • Able to manage and handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Demonstrated empathy and understanding of various clients' personal situations.
  • Capacity to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Motivation, innovation, and strong work ethic.
  • Tech-savviness with basic IT concepts.

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with the gaming industry and/or relevant systems and processes.
  • Understanding or prior experience with Responsible Gambling and/or working with individuals affected by addiction.
