**What this opportunity involves**:
JLL is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Centre Administrator for Greensborough Plaza & Caulfield Village. This role is crucial in supporting the centre management team with administrative and financial functions.
**An overview of the role**:
**1. Office Management**:

- Greet visitors
- Handle calls and messages
- Assist with general office duties
**2. Administration**:

- Manage and update key register
- Maintain property filing system
- Handle archiving process
- Update and maintain databases
**3. Retailer Communication**:

- Respond to customer and retailer inquiries
- Manage correspondence distribution
**4. Financial Tasks**:

- Assist with rent collection and arrears management
- Process retailer charges and invoices
- Help with banking processes
**5. Reporting**:

- Coordinate and prepare monthly Client Reports
- Assist with outgoings reconciliation and communication
**6. General**:

- Comply with risk management and training programs
- Participate in performance reviews
- Manage annual leave
**Sound like you? This is what we're looking for**:

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- 1+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably in retail property
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with property financial systems (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
