We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead change and drive accountability in a high-profile, 12-month fixed-term role. This is an opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders to navigate complex challenges in a highly visible environment.

The Opportunity

You will work across multiple groups within various portfolios, focusing on areas requiring uplift in capability and leadership engagement. You will provide expert advice and hands-on support in performance management, conduct and behaviour matters, and transformation processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and influence change in a challenging environment, building trust and driving accountability.
  • Partner with leaders to address conduct, behavioural, and performance issues with confidence and clarity.
  • Conduct investigations and provide pragmatic solutions.
  • Review and improve processes, with a focus on transformation and sustainable outcomes.
  • Coach and support leaders, particularly in areas where resistance to change exists.
About You

You are a highly capable and experienced leader with a strong background in change and transformation. You are commercially astute, resilient under pressure, and able to influence senior leaders in complex environments. Your ability to quickly assess situations, manage sensitive issues, and deliver improvements will set you apart.
