This is a contract opportunity, initially for 6 months, where you will work closely with a project implementation team on both a Workday and Lumary (Salesforce) build.
This is an opportunity to lead and support a project team while remaining hands on with your testing skills.

Day to day, your responsibilities will include:
Work closely with the PM, BA, Vendors and business SMEs to understand system requirements and processes.
Oversee all phases of testing including unit and system testing, integration, regression, user acceptance, performance and security testing.
Design and develop detailed test cases and scenarios based on requirements for both platforms.
Ensure clear traceability between requirements, test cases and business outcomes.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure test scope, entry/exit criteria and acceptance criteria are clearly defined and agreed.
Coordinate with project teams to resolve any defects or issues found during testing.
Provide reporting on test progress, defects, risks and readiness for go-live.
Lead testing efforts around data conversion, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
There is also an opportunity to contribute to capability building through coaching and continuous improvement efforts.

The role is hybrid and will require you to work in the Cheltenham office 1-2 days per week.
