Franklyn, Queensland's largest manufacturer of blinds, awnings and security screens, require the services of an enthusiastic showroom consultant to join our Cleveland Showroom.

Franklyn is Brisbane's leading manufacturer of Blinds Awnings and Security. As a locally owned and operated business, we have successfully assisted the people of Brisbane with their window furnishing needs for over 35 years. Franklyn is a trusted household brand and continues to grow, now with 6 showrooms across South East Queensland.

Full training will be provided however a background in retail sales and an interest in interior decorating would be an advantage.

To be successful in this role you will need the following attributes:

- You must be self-driven, with a proven track record to achieve success in sales
- preferably in the window furnishings industry.
- You have a genuine interest in people, understanding their needs, making recommendations and exceeding expectations in their purchasing experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, good listener and a persuasive sales closer.
- You are a mature, well presented individual and take pride in your personal appearance.
- You are available to work a rotating roster, including Saturdays.
- You have excellent time management and administrative skills, and are computer literate.
- You work well as part of a team.
- You have a flair for interior design.
- Interest in learning about new products and ability to maintain knowledge.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Rotating roster

- Commission
