Casa Blanco is currently seeking a motivated and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Full Time Showroom Consultant in our Fortitude Valley showroom.

We offer a vibrant work environment with significant opportunities for personal and professional growth within the business and the broader luxury furniture and design industry.Responsibilities:Engage with, assist, and advise clients and designers visiting the showroom, ensuring a premium customer experience reflective of the Casa Blanco brand.Support daily showroom operations, including visual merchandising and maintaining an inspiring environment for clients and team members alike.Generate invoices and process in-store orders with accuracy and efficiency.Contribute to the team's success by meeting and exceeding sales targets and contributing to a positive, dynamic team environment.Qualifications:Demonstrated interest in design, furniture, and interiors, with a keen eye for aesthetic detail.Proven customer service experience, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.Design experience is preferred, showcasing an understanding of design principles and trends in luxury furniture and interiors.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.Flexibility to work at least one weekend day is essential.Our Ideal Candidate:At Casa Blanco, we value individuals who share our strong commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
