Our client is a National family owned signage manufacturer that has been in operation for over 65 years, with a strong focus on corporate signage. They are located in South Melbourne with modern offices and close by to public transport networks.

**About the role**
- Follow up the design team for artwork
- Liaise the client during the project stages
- Follow up with production on manufactured components and timeline
- Coordinate permits and safe work method statements/ other safety requirements for installation of projects
- Coordinate timely completion packs and invoicing following installation
- Willingness to learn our construction practices
- Coordinate the finance claims and invoices

**To be successful you must possess the following**:

- Good understanding of Signage or related field (highly regarded)
- Construction background would be an added advantage
- High attention to detail
- Strong organisation and time management skill
- Proficiency with MS Office and cost and management software
- Solid communication skills and ability to support team
- Have a friendly team approach
- Ability to work within tight time frames and a passion for successfully delivering projects
