Position Summary: This role is based at our South Melbourne office and involves coordinating with town planners, real estate agents, and other key stakeholders involved in property development projects. You will be responsible for maintaining effective communication across all parties and ensuring the smooth progression of each project. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with town planners and real estate agents to support the planning
and development processes.
Liaise with stakeholders including consultants, government agencies, and
internal teams.
Prepare and update project documentation, including Information Memorandums
and other relevant reports.
Work closely with field staff to ensure alignment between on-ground progress
and project plans.
Support project marketing activities and assist in delivering key promotional
materials. Skills and Requirements:
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain project timelines.
Strong documentation and report-writing capabilities.
Familiarity with the property development lifecycle is an advantage.
Ability to work from the South Melbourne office and travel to project sites
if needed.
Additional advantage if the candidate has experience with social media
management and working knowledge of WordPress.
