About Asset Security Concepts
Asset Security Concepts Pty Limited (ASC) is an established and experienced electronic security provider that offers a comprehensive range of security alarms, CCTV and access control solutions with complete design, installation and maintenance services for the retail, corporate and commercial sectors.
With significant growth across the country ASC is expanding our Project Team in our Sunshine West office.
About the role
Working with the Project Management team you will be responsible for:
· Preparing plans based upon client specifications for approval using AutoCAD (training provided);
· Assisting with preparation of quotations and system design based upon client specifications;
· Liaising between client representatives, builders and other trades to ensure all project timelines are adhered to;
· Assisting with managing project WHSE requirements (including management of project SWMS);
· Processing of supplier/contractor invoices and generating customer invoices;
· Be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team;
· Building rapport with clients and other stakeholders.
· Must hold (or be able to obtain) a VIC Private Security Registration;
· Must have Driver's licence and own vehicle;
· Working hours for this position are generally 8:00am to 4:30pm, variable according to workload.
What we are looking for
To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate:
· A basic knowledge of electronic security/access control and CCTV would be advantageous;
· Excellent communication skills;
· Knowledge of customer service;
· Problem solving and decision-making abilities;
· Attention to detail and accuracy is essential;
· Demonstrated organisational skills including the ability to work under pressure and multitask;
· Intermediate PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel);
· Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential.
