Job Title: Project Assistant

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented project assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of projects, working closely with the project manager to ensure the project runs smoothly and meets its objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the project manager in planning, coordinating and managing projects from start to finish
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including schedules, budgets and resource allocation
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on project progress and performance
  • Analyse data and provide insights to inform project decisions
  • Identify and mitigate risks to project success

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, engineering or project management
  • Relevant work experience in a project management role, preferably in a similar industry or sector
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including MS Project, Asana or Trello
