Leading organisation in their field seek a Learning and Development professional to join their team for an initial 3 month period, commencing ASAP.

This role has become available due to an overwhelming workload and needing to get an extra pair of experienced hands on board in order to finalist projects and meet an upcoming deadline.

This role sits within an established team of 14 collaborative individuals. The team run a hybrid model, working remotely for 2 days of the week, and in their East Melbourne office for 3 days.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Design, deliver and implement key internal learning programs
- Play a key part in the delivery of the new onboarding program
- Design and delivery of training
- Review and/or create new onboarding resources
- Design and deliver effective courses and materials
- Develop a stimulating learning environment
- Collaborate on the review of the Performance Development and Planning process
- Support and contribute across multiple training programs

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience as an instructional designer
- Confidence in facilitation and delivery
- A high energy, motivated, charismatic personality
- Ability to work towards multiple deadlines
- Skills in training, development and coaching
- MS Office Suite proficiency
- Exposure to designing eLearning
