About the Role:
The Learning & Development Consultant will collaborate with customer-facing and operational teams to identify learning needs, create effective learning experiences, and assess their impact. This role is part of a team of professionals in learning, knowledge management, and communication, focused on designing learning experiences that drive tangible business results. The consultant will engage with stakeholders and peers to transform strategy and processes into innovative learning solutions, including materials and resources for both in-person and digital delivery methods.

What you'll be doing:
- Facilitating cross-functional group participation to pinpoint root causes and define necessary changes in end user behavior.- Developing innovative learning solutions for both digital and face-to-face delivery methods.- Collaborating closely with colleagues in Knowledge Management and Communications to ensure the right messages and experiences are delivered at the appropriate times to facilitate business change.- Thriving in a positive, supportive, and high-performance team environment.- Engaging in continuous improvement and measurement practices to enhance learning outcomes.- Advocating for the end user's perspective throughout the learning design process.- Embracing a dynamic and ever-evolving professional landscape by staying open to new ideas and approaches.- Contributing to a culture of creativity and adaptability within the team.

About you:
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills - Ability to use questioning and listening skills to help stakeholders understand various learning requirements- Demonstrated collaboration skills to design fit for purpose learning experiences- Instructional design skills including audience analysis, root cause and performance gap analysis, learning experience design for digital, virtual classroom and classroom, measurement and continuous improvement.- Demonstrated ability to proactively assist stakeholders move from an ambiguous to clear perspective- Customer and end user champion - ability to drive outcomes with your end user in mind
