**Ambius, the plantscaping division of Rentokil Initial has a great opportunity for a Team Leader to join our team in Newcastle on a full-time permanent basis. You will use your get-up-and-go attitude to start the Newcastle Ambius division. Collaborating with the current Plantscape Technicians, you will use your engaging leadership skills to take on the responsibility to coach, mentor and lead to consistently deliver a high-quality installation and service to our customers and encourage growth in the Newcastle market.**

Our Ambius team are the people responsible for the bespoke solutions of plantscaping in offices, the clusters of plant designs in hotel lobbies and shopping centres, the green walls you see in many restaurants and office receptions. In summary we are responsible for providing any sized organisation with plantscape solutions which engages clients and their staff through the health benefits of plants

**This is a highly internal and external customer focused role and is ideally suited for someone with the desire and motivation to succeed and move up into more senior roles within the Rentokil Initial business in the future.**

**Responsibilities in this role include**:

- Assist the Plantscape Consultant on bespoke designs and deliver on the project installation
- Implement the regional annual operational plan
- Assist in managing the on-site igloo through stock ordering and following the Plant Health and Hygiene process
- A hands-on approach to Coach, mentor and train the Service Team to achieve targets.
- Monitor and review service and installation productivity rates, seek improvement and continually improve productivity, year on year.
- Conduct regular quality audits of specified client base and premises.
- Ensure Company service practices are met and identify opportunities to improve service standards.
- Ensure service efficiency is optimised through tools and technology available.
- Ensure the team's company vehicles are maintained in a safe, reliable and clean condition.
- Proactively resolve customers' issues. and develop and maintain long term customer relationships.
- 3 or more years within the service industry, preferably Horticulture
- Prior experience working within the Plant Hire industry (preferred)
- Experience with a startup will be highly considered
- High level of communications and commercial experience
- The drive to lead by example to set a high standard of customer service and standards
- Service complaint resolution
