As we continue to grow, we are currently seeking a skilled and experienced **Automotive Pre-Delivery Manager** to join our dynamic team.

As the Automotive Pre-Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of vehicles to our customers. You will oversee the pre-delivery inspection and preparation processes, ensuring that vehicles meet our high standards and are ready for customer delivery. Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage a team will be critical to success in this role.

**The role**:

- Manage and coordinate the pre-delivery process for new vehicles, including inspection, cleaning, and maintenance tasks.
- Supervise a team of pre-delivery technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition prior to customer delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and service, to prioritise and schedule vehicle deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of pre-delivery activities, including inspection results, repairs, and maintenance performed.
- Monitor inventory levels of pre-delivery supplies and equipment, and coordinate orders when necessary.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the pre-delivery department.
- Uphold safety protocols and ensure a clean and organised work environment.

**You**:

- Previous experience in automotive pre-delivery management or a similar role is required.
- Solid knowledge of automotive systems, components, and maintenance procedures.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different stakeholders.
