**About the Role**:
CarPlace Bibra Lake are seeking a Pre-Delivery Coordinator who will deliver a high-quality service by coordinating the movement of vehicles to and from the dealership. As a Pre-Delivery Coordinator, you will work closely with our Fixed Operations Manager to schedule deliveries, monitor the arrival of vehicles, and liaise with external suppliers. Your role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

To be successful in the role you will need:

- Exceptional communication skills with a passion for delivering a positive and memorable customer experience.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills, able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A natural ability to build strong working relationships with customers and internal staff.
- Driven, goal-oriented, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
