At** **Bibra Lake Nissan**, we are seeking a **Pre-Delivery Coordinator** who will deliver a personalised service coordinating the movement of new vehicles to and from the dealership. Your role will involve working alongside the Pre-Delivery Manager scheduling deliveries, monitor the arrival of vehicles and to coordinate and liaise with external suppliers.

No Experience? No Worries If you have a high attention to detail, good work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we will provide the training to suit.

You will deliver a personalised service to our customers and service team and your role will involve booking in cars, liaising with workshop staff and sublet suppliers, creating repair orders, and costing and quoting jobs.

**YOU**:

- Outstanding communication skills and a passion for consistently delivering a positive and memorable customer experience
- Highly organised multi-tasker with excellent organisational and time management skills
- A natural ability to build strong working relationships with customers and internal staff
- Self-motivated, and goal-oriented go getter who is always positive, enthusiastic and result focused
- ** Current manual drivers' licence is essential**
