Join our dynamic team in Home claims, addressing building and contents claims from our Sunshine Coast HQ. Your role will be central to Youi's reputation and relationships by playing a crucial role in end-to-end service delivery of claims when our customers need us the most. By being the point of contact for clients and all service providers, you'll utilise your exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to ensure our Youi clients have a positive and memorable claims experience.

**About the role**
- Onsite and full time working Monday-Friday
- Managing your own portfolio of claims
- Helping our customers in their time of need by processing their claims from start to finish
- Problem solving daily to reach outcomes that work for both our clients and Youi
- Being a direct point of contact for customers, service providers and Assessors to ensure the smooth processing of each claim within your portfolio

**About you**
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Effectively present and articulate information
- Experience in administration, with high attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capabilities
- Familiarity with case or portfolio management is a plus
- Experience in navigating and quickly learn computer systems
