**About the role**:
Working as a Business Support Officer in a National support role, you will be a member of a highly collaborative team and will support our fantastic Rehabilitation Consultants with everything administration to coordinate the rehabilitation activity for injured Personnel. Working in a hybrid model, from home and from our city-based offices,

In this role, you will:

- Maintain the integrity of the data within Generation Health systems
- Ensuring accurate and timely information transfer between iRBS and Case Manager
- Contributing to financial performance of Generation Health through reporting, invoicing and timeliness
- Support the business and the teams of Generation Health to serve our clients
- Using your business acumen to ensure the most cost effective and efficient processes are followed
- Ownership of appropriate set up of all cases to facilitate efficiency and effectiveness
